Isolate two power input connectors from each other | 2 May, 2016

Hi,

Could someone point me in direction (article, project, schema or company that could do this prototype) how to isolate two power inputs (A and B) connectors from each other? When A is connected it does not pass current to B connector? Also only one (A or B) is suppose to pass current to output connector C. Input connectors A and B are rated 5V and up to 6W, same as output C.
