PCB Design Program - simple!

Does anyone know a simple PCB design program, for single and double sided PCB's? I am looking for a simple to use PCB design software for Win9x or NT for small home projects. Something like "Express PCB" at: http://www.expresspcb.com but with "rats-nets" (or auto-routing) option would be excellent. The staff I'm finding so far is either too simple or too professional, and nothing in between. I have already looked at all versions of Protel and Easytrax, Eagle, PADS, Easy PC, PCBoards, CirCad, Express PCB, Or-Cad, PC Trace. Is there a good program I haven't listed above? Please, let me know. Will be grateful for any hints!
