This year, ZESTRON will focus on strengthening its leadership role in customer support and engineering services as well as education to ensure that cleaning excellence is achieved by its customers. Leveraging worldwide ZESTRON assets, its R&D and engineering staff services the company’s customer base not only through the implementation of new cleaning processes and process optimizations, but also through extensive research, presentations of white papers, on-site training, workshops, webinars and multiplier collaboration.
Last but not least, however, ZESTRON has decided to commit a substantial amount of resources to its social responsibility program. While the company previously contributed to various local charities, this year ZESTRON has chosen to support the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation with a five year $100,000 donation. “My reasons are personal,” Dr. Wack continues. “Several years ago, the son of one of our team members was diagnosed with CF, which is a debilitating disease without a cure and with severely underfunded research. Thus, 2011 is the year of continued differentiation, not only in terms of ZESTRON’s business activities but also for our commitment to our community and the CF Foundation.”
