Marantz Business Electronics - This year, Marantz introduces the iSpector U22XHMA Multi Camera AOI System, a brand new nine camera system developed for superior detection of lifted components and leads. Koki Company, LTD. - Christopher also will debut Koki's new SO1X7C48 High Reliability Low-Silver Lead-Free Solder Paste. The industry is currently fighting the highest metals costs in its history and Koki, one of the world leaders in solder paste, has responded with a new, patented low-silver paste that meets the most demanding industry requirements.
Japan Unix - New this year from Unix, the Optolaser LSX Laser Soldering System incorporates on-axis AOI and precise thermal management. The Optolaser LSX is an accurate high-speed system developed for advanced robotic soldering processes. The system can be configured to meet in-line, workstation or offline requirements.
Tagarno - Christopher will showcase the new Tagarno MAGNUS HD High Definition Benchtop Inspection System. The MAGNUS HD is a manual inspection system developed for very high resolution, large field inspection of bare printed circuit boards, printed circuit assemblies, medical devices and other applications where accuracy and ultra-clear image reproduction is critical.
Novatec - VacuNest Universal Shape Memory Tooling is flexible and can be transferred between different machines if desired. The system supports thin substrates very well and end of line yields typically improve significantly when the technology is installed. VacuNest can be fitted to any printer, dispenser or placement machine.
Shoda Techtron - Shoda Techtron, a world-class supplier of PCB cutting and drilling equipment, has a 47-year history of producing quality products for the industry. All Shoda PCB and LED fabrication and finishing systems are extremely reliable and easy-to-use.
