The new website has been launched in English, with updates being made with a selection of Chinese, Spanish, German and other languages in due course. The website guides the visitor through the improvements that can be gained in the wave soldering process, increased productivity, return on investment (ROI) gains and the benefit of attaining and maintaining ISO14001 accreditation by removing the dross from solder. The site offers total transparency with visitors invited to complete a questionnaire which will calculate the actual savings a manufacturer can expect when they invest in an EVS solder dross recovery solution. Plus, there are several examples of cost saving calculations.
The website provides a comprehensive guide to the different sizes and types of new and used equipment available, each with a lead and lead-free option. Informative video clips and downloadable brochures assist in best practice usage of these simple to use, plug and play machines. The technical aspects of the equipment, the quality of the solder achieved and details on ISO14001 accreditation are all covered in a simple to navigate format which will save engineers and buyers valuable time.
The website also lists a long line of leading manufacturing organizations, from across the globe, which use EVS solder dross recovery solutions and report huge savings in the solder reclaimed and the cost savings achieved.
