Bliss Industries Announces Redesigned Stencil Cart

May 15, 2009

MILPITAS, Calif. May 2009 Bliss Industries Inc., provider of handling carts and racks for electronics assembly, introduces the enhanced stencil cart, redesigned to support the new popular Space Saver.

Bliss' space saver shelf has half-inch slots to support 50 stencils per shelf. It is available in a multi-level version as well as staging carts. Bliss engineers found a way to change the shelf mounting tab, making it fully interchangeable with existing Bliss carts in the field as well as shortening the height of the rails that hold the stencils in place.

Bliss now makes the rails out of lighter gauge steel, which is just as strong but significantly lighter than its original steel. This will save Bliss customers on shipping costs. Bliss also has lowered the price on the cart and shelves significantly, as Bliss manufacturing costs ped significantly after these changes were finalized.

We are excited about all the changes we are making on our products, said Ken Bliss CEO VP of Engineering. The changes make our products work better, cost less to manufacture, use less steel and, most importantly, save our customers money.
