The Training Materials Division of STI Electronics is the largest provider of resources supporting process development and solder/assembly training worldwide. These resources are available as standardized kits and materials or customized for specific applications. Standardized training kits are used in certification programs for industry segments such as IPC, NASA, commercial and even company-unique programs.
In addition to the standardized training program support materials, STI Electronics provides unique or custom training materials ranging from chip scale and BGA to through-hole and terminal attachments. BGA reballers allow recovery of BGA components by restoring spheres or installing original spheres on new BGA packages. STI has reballers and specifications for several hundred BGA components on file.
