Due to demand for a larger body size for the PSvfBGA Package on Package (PoP), Practical Components now has availability of the Amkor� 15mmm Dummy PoP. This body size is available in a 0.65 mm pitch with a 160 I/O count top and a 0.5 mm pitch, 605 I/O bottom component.
