Kyzen Corp. Celebrates 18 Successful Years in the Electronics Industry

Mar 25, 2008

NASHVILLE March 20, 2007 Kyzen Corporation, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, announces that it will celebrate its 18th year anniversary on April 1, 2008.

Kyzen was founded in 1990 to develop innovative and environmentally safe cleaning products. These products were designed to replace ozone-depleting chemicals used to clean electronics assemblies, silicon wafers, optical lenses and metal parts. Much of Kyzens technology, then and now, is derived from renewable resources or has been selected for their more favorable performance and environmental properties.

Over the past 18 years, Kyzen innovations have spanned a broad spectrum. Years ago the company introduced not only the best performing semi-aqueous technology for electronics, but quickly made it obsolete with the introduction of the worlds first modern aqueous cleaning technology for electronics. Innovations continued to follow with its award-winning materials for electronics and semiconductor packaging, along with ground-breaking, often patented technology for optics as well as both industrial and aerospace metal cleaning. With the company name derived from the Japanese word for continuous improvement kaisan, this concept of continuous improvement has driven the growth of its research group and resulted in dozens of new products being developed in the past few years with more to come in the future.

This milestone anniversary is a tribute to the people who have worked hard to make Kyzen the outstanding technology leader it is today, said Kyle Doyel, Co-founder, President, CEO and Playground Director. We are excited to honor our past and look forward to many more successes in the future.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Kyzen is the worldwide leader in the precision cleaning industry. Its products are proven and effective on a range of challenges including silicon wafers, aluminum tubes, medical implants, electronics assemblies and the solid rocket motors on the space shuttle. The Tennessee operation houses the companys extensive Research and Development department, Applications Testing, manufacturing and global headquarter functions. These best-in-class facilities are complemented by Kyzens Applications and Engineering Laboratory in Manchester, NH. These laboratories are fully equipped to support product development, analytical services, process development and customer process support challenges.

Kyzen will celebrate this milestone during the APEX 2008 exhibition and conference (April 1-3, 2008, Las Vegas). Stop by Kyzens booth 2219 during the show to learn more about the company and its technologies and to help celebrate with a piece of cake!
