VORA INDUSTRIES Total Manufacturing Equation

Cost Reduction plus Cycle Time Reduction -- innovative solutions to the

machining challenges for the aerospace industry.

There is a rapid growth in developing economies, where the arrival of low-cost airlines is set to multiply growth in air travel among the expanding middle class. This strong, market demand for new airplanes will lead to a fleet of aircraft which are lighter in weight having better fuel efficiency. Efforts to make the most fuel-efficient aircrafts, translates into materials development in Aluminum, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Titanium Alloys etc.

These new materials, impose demanding challenges on current machining systems, particularly on the cutting tools and in specific the machining efficiencies. Production will require more special material machining capacity than is currently available.

Milling these new materials is different from other metals because of various factors, which lead to more rapid tool failure and diminished productivity. A viable solution is special grade solid carbide raw material, a strong coolant, & tool geometries, with optimum variable cutting edges. These put together will result in precision, greater efficiency & durability.

Vora Industries' constant endeavour has been to develop state-of-the-art milling tools that provide solutions to challenges created by the latest aerospace materials. We work with aerospace component manufacturers, as well as have unique in-house development and testing, which leads to better performing and higher efficiency tooling, having a longer life. These are manufactured using our state-of-the-art CNC cutter grinder, premium carbide blanks from Europe, worlds best coating / coolant, German grinding wheels and above all an innovative, hard working and a never-give-up attitude - till you find a solution - of our entire team, with an eagles eye for precision. Trust us to solve your machining challenges.
