One Way Circuits Launches New Surface Mount Assembly Line

One Way Circuits are pleased to announce that their new Surface Mount Production Line has now been fully configured and is running with live production jobs.

The Production line includes Fuji Screen Printers and Pick and Place machines, with the whole system being controlled by eSMT�s software. One Way Circuits decided on Fuji for its reliability and eSMT for the controlling software because it was easy to operate.

Mike Urry, Managing Director of One Way says �We are very excited about this launch, we have already taken on orders for the SMT production totalling over �35,000 and we are now going to start a major marketing campaign to promote our services. We are now in a very good position to offer our customers a �One Stop Shop� from production of the PCB to the final product being assembled, tested, and if needed packed and sent direct to the end user.�
