MSL Appoints John Cunningham to Board of Directors

CONCORD, MA, (June 4, 2003) - MSL (NYSE: MSV), a full-service global electronics manufacturing services and supply chain services (EMS) company, today announced the appointment of John P. Cunningham to the Company's board of directors.

His distinguished career with IBM, as well as his experience across a variety of industry sectors, gives him a solid background in technology, supply chain efficiencies and manufacturing which should be beneficial to the MSL board. Mr. Cunningham qualifies as an "independent director" under the NYSE rules and as an "audit committee financial expert" under the recently issued rules of the Securities Exchange Commission. Mr. Cunningham was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Citrix Systems, Inc. a global leader in application software and services. Prior to joining Citrix, Mr. Cunningham served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wang Global. Previously he served as CFO of Whirlpool Corporation and Maytag Corporation following a 28 year career as an executive of IBM Corporation.

He also serves as a member of the board of directors of SmartDisk Corporation and Baltimore Technologies, a U.K. company.
