Mainly oriented towards small and medium companies and development teams, involved in the PCB assembly, thi s company specialises in assembling and control of PCBs based on SMD components IVAS Tech is a high tech company founded in the year of 2000.

It is specialized in developing and manufacturing of equipment for assembling and control of PCBs based on SMD components.

The production of IVAS Tech is mainly oriented towards small and medium companies and development teams, involved in the PCB assembly.

Our range of products includes: Pick and Place Linear Motor Machine (PLM 2000; PLM 4000) Fully automatic equipment based on fast linear motors and precision video systems for positioning of the SMT components.

Capable of placing the latest SMT components, such as CSPs, BGAs, MBGAs and QFPs.

The use of linear motors boosts the work speed and the placement accuracy.

Also the support and maintenance expenses are lessende.

Vision Inspection System (VIS 6400) Automatic system for vision control over already assembled PCBs, based on two linear motors and a couple of video cameras.

Recognizes the following defects: missing components, broken component, unsoldered pin, incorrect orientation, incorrect value, etc.

SMD Sockets soldering machine, SMD Flat Ribbon Cable Soldering Machine (TSM 200; TSM 400) Semi-Automatic equipment for simultaneous soldering the pins of SMD sockets or flat ribbon cables between two PCBs.

The advantage in working with thermo-sensitive components is in using a thermode-heating element for soldering.

Heat sealing equipment (AHS 300) Processes heat sealing of flexible heat seal cables for connections between PCB and LCD Manual Stencil-Printer (SPM 100) The New SPM100, manual stencil-printer from IVAS Tech.

Capable of precise printing of fine-pitch components without blurring.

Flexible and cost effective.
