IPC is seeking papers on several leading-edge technologies for the technical program of next year�s IPC Printed Circuits Expo. Papers are sought on optoelectronics, embedded passives or actives, HDI, flexible circuitry, high-speed/high-frequency, signal integrity, and a spate of other topics.
Papers must be original, unpublished works and should describe significant results from experiments, emphasize new techniques, discuss trends of interest and contain technical or appropriate test results. Abstracts are due July 26.
