New Bubble Washer System for Stubborn Flux Cleans Five Times Faster than Immersion Cleansing

Feb 01, 2017

Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, now carries the SAWA PIBW-T100L Bubble Washer System. The system provides effective cleansing with the surface active agent-free electrolysis water and eco-friendly SAWA Pica SNW-H20 alkaline solvent.

The Bubble Washing System includes rinse and drying units, for cleansing → rinse → drying within 20 to 30 minutes. The SAWA Pica solvent is safe and odor-free with no flame point. The solvent also is sustainable and eco-friendly. The cleaner also can be used with other low-VOC and water-based cleaning solutions.

The system cleans tough and stubborn flux with a cleansing area of W270 x D440 x H290mm. Maximum effect is brought about due to heating up to 30°C, and requires only one fifth the time of immersion for cleansing.

For more information about Seika’s complete product line, contact Michelle Ogihara at michelle@seikausa.com or visit www.seikausa.com.
