DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS, CO., LTD. is pleased to announce that its Factory Manager – Mr. Masaaki Uchiyama, is the company’s longest term employee. Mr. Uchiyama started with DEN-ON right after high school at 16 years old and, 28 years later, he is the longest term employee in DEN-ON’s 53-year history.

Mr. Uchiyama developed his skills through hard work and self-motivation, and eventually was promoted to Factory Manager. He is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, procurement and shipping.

DEN-ON has a reputation for the highest quality from the time the machine is shipped. The systems arrive to the customers in flawless condition ready for operation. This is because Mr. Uchiyama’s team pays close attention to detail during the manufacturing process and shipping procedures before product leaves the DEN-ON factory.

Mr. Uchiyama is one of the key figures that has helped us earn our reputation for quality,” said Raymond LaFleur, GM Overseas Sales and Marketing. “He started from the early age of 16 years of age, and evolved into our Factory Manager because he did such a fantastic job. At DEN-ON, every person in our company family is highly valued and part of our success and reputation.”

The company was first founded under the name of DEN-ON Corporation on September 19, 1963. It was established with the purpose of research, development and design of sound systems for studios and music halls. After that, it became involved in the broader area of sound and music control boards and other similar systems. In 1982, a significant portion of the company became involved in the soldering and desoldering industry and the company then changed its name to DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS to more appropriately match the new direction of the company. For more information about DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS, contact Raymond LaFleur at raymond.lafleur@denondic.co.jp or visit www.denondic.co.jp.
