The VJ-2000 LS AXI System From VJ Electronix

VJ Electronix, a division of V.J. Technologies, Inc. and manufacturer of automated x-ray inspection (AXI) systems, offers the VJ-2000 LS, the first AXI system capable of inspecting large boards up to 24� x 36�. VJ-2000 LS provides high resolution imagery and up to 5000x magnification for BGA�s, wire bonds, and a variety of chip scale packages. A closed-loop, servo-driven platform maintains better than 5-mil locational accuracy, while a 5-axis manipulator facilitates component/defect location.

The system�s new Nexus 200 software provides Windows NT based image analysis and CAD-based programming. All VJ Electronix systems include a 20 Gig hard drive and a CD writer for instant image and data archival. All systems are network compatible.
