Equipment Services LLC announced that it has chosen Lean Stream LLC to represent its ESE high-precision SMT screen printers in Northern California and Nevada.

Lean Stream is an outstanding organization, and we’re very glad to have them on our team,” said Malcolm Montanjees, president of Equipment Services LLC. “Our ESE screen printers can handle larger board sizes than other high-precision printers. That makes them a perfect match with the large-board SMT placement systems Lean Stream also represents.”

What first attracted us to the ESE screen printer was its simplicity of changeover and maintenance, along with its large-board capability  both strong advantages in today’s marketplace,” said Robert Jones, president of Lean Stream. “Once the printer was validated by a Tier 1 EMS customer of ours, we were eager to enter into a sales partnership.”

ESE screen printers, which feature 2-D solder-paste inspection as standard, are manufactured in Korea. They can accommodate PCBs up to 850 x 610 mm (33.46 x 24.01 in.), with larger custom sizes also available. Extra-large-board models can handle LED panels up to 1,500 x 700 mm (59.05 x 27.55 in.).
