The company’s advanced X-ray systems feature state-of-the-art micro-focus high resolution X-ray tubes up to 130kV, high-resolution digital detectors, a large inspection stage with 360° rotation, and oblique angel inspection. The user interface is very simple and includes advanced features such as automatic BGA inspection. Scienscope’s X-ray lineup includes several platforms, but the X-SCOPE 6000 will be on display in the booth.
The X-Scope 6000 X-Ray Inspection System is a Digital fully programmable CNC controlled x-ray inspection system that allows operators to program inspection and measurement routines with point and click ease.
Scienscope offers four different types of binocular stereo zoom microscope systems – the ELZ Series, SSZ-II Series, NZ Series and E-Series. The stereo zoom microscope collection is durable, comes with a variety of accessories and is low maintenance. Scienscope also offers three types of trinocular stereo zoom microscope systems – the SSZ-II Series, NZ Series and E-Series. All Scienscope microscopes come with HD quality digital viewing with integrated image capture to flash memory drives or USB 2.0 interface. In addition to microscopes, Scienscope offers a full line of digital video inspection systems for ergonomic, documentation, and measurement solutions.
Also at the show will be various video systems and video measurement systems. Scienscope video coordinate measurement machines are specifically designed for non-contact measurement and inspection of small intricate features on small or large parts. These video measurement systems are a natural step up from measuring microscopes and optical comparators. With granite base construction and steel stages the systems provide long term accuracy and reliability, an excellent ROI. Video measuring systems may be configured with measurement software or metrology specific DROs.
Scienscope was founded in 1994 to meet the growing need for reliable and affordable general-purpose optical and video inspection solutions for the electronics and PCB industries.
