Course attendees gained hands-on experience for process application and programming on the Versaflow selective soldering machine. Students that successfully complete this course receive a certificate upon completion.”
Training course topics include a complete review of the Versaflow machine and its capabilities, a flux/preheat/solder process overview, lead-fee solder alloys, process requirements and limitations, ERSAcad, and program troubleshooting and tips to accomplish fast cycle times with zero defects.
