QX600

CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBE) will demonstrate its latest inspection solutions designed with 3-core principles of superior technology, high quality and lowest cost of ownership in booth #7-219 at the SMT/Hybrid/Packaging 2014 event in Nuremberg (http://www.mesago.de/en/SMT/home.htm).

The SE600™ 3D SPI system delivers ‘true’ volume measurement and world-class usability. Designed with a state-of-the-art dual illumination sensor, it offers the best repeatability and reproducibility – even on the smallest paste deposits. The award-winning SPIv5 series software offers full touch screen capability and world-class user experience for easy, flawless inspection.

The new QX150i™ AOI system offers high value and flexibility and is ideally suited for pre-reflow, selective solder and conformal coating inspection. Powered by an 80 megapixel sensor, QX150i™ significantly improves solder joint and 01005 inspection performance and provides crisp images for accurate defect review. The system is also designed to provide easy wedge-in replacement of existing conveyor.

The QX600™ ultra-fast, ultra-versatile AOI system is designed with a new Strobed Inspection Module (SIM) and higher resolution sensor delivering the best 01005 and solder joint inspection.

The sleek QX100™ tabletop AOI enables true in-line performance at a phenomenal speed of 200cm2/sec. Inspection programs created on QX100™ can be directly transferred to any of our in-line AOI systems.

All CyberOptics’ AOI systems are powered by AI2 – ensuring ultrafast programming – capable of getting you from zero to production ready in less than 13 minutes*. With AI2, you have the power to inspect ‘ANYTHING’ without having to anticipate defects or predefine variance. AI2 offers precise discrimination even with excessive variance and delivers accurate results with just one example. All this means lowest false calls, zero escapes and minimal tuning.
