NCAB Group, with headquarters in Sweden, one of the world’s largest suppliers of printed circuit boards (PCBs), today announced the appointment of Jim Anderson at FlagIron, Inc. as its representative for key accounts in Oregon and California.

Jim joins the NCAB Group USA sales team with a long list of accomplishments and excellent credentials,” commented Joe Helms, VP Sales, NCAB Group USA.  “We are very happy to add someone of Jim’s caliber, and look forward to working with Jim for mutual success. Jim will work with and support specific accounts in the Western US region.”

Anderson has several decades of experience in electronics. He spent his early career in engineering and manufacturing, developing process improvements in piezoelectric and ultrasonic products. He holds several patents in this field. Anderson has served as president, vice-president and other executive management positions in Fortune 500 companies and smaller entrepreneurial companies. Most recently he has been focused primarily on sales and marketing management. He has managed many growth situations, and worked through several serious downturns.

Anderson has established and managed both direct sales forces and manufacturer’s representatives. Sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing collateral are among his areas of expertise. He has a special talent for devising strategic account and territory sales initiatives. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Physical and Biological science.
