DDM Novastar, a U.S. manufacturer of SMT and PCB assembly equipment, is pleased to announce that Bernadette Biondi has accepted a new position as Inside Sales Coordinator. Bernadette will continue to maintain some of her prior customer service functions, such as order processing, but will now work directly with Bob Voigt, DDM Novastar's Vice President of Global Sales, to manage a more involved inside sales function. Bernadette will also coordinate spare parts sales and service projects with Rich Wendler, DDM's Service Manager.
Bernadette began her career with DDM Novastar in August 2011 as customer service representative. Her attention to detail and dedication have played a key role in improved order processing and customer satisfaction. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Bernadette also coordinates all of DDM's marketing events, such as exhibiting at the annual APEX show and the upcoming DDM Novastar Open House on September 11-13, 2013.
