May 13, 2013

Amtech, distributors of Purex fume extraction systems in the Czech Republic sent 3 key engineers to Rotherham UK for some intense training.

Amtech, established in 1993, sell a wide variety of products to the electronics industry from solder paste through to wave solder machines. In 2012, Amtech had a turnover of €8 million which was achieved with only 9 employees!

Three Amtech field service engineers from the Czech Republic visited the Purex factory to strengthen their knowledge of fume extraction systems for hand and machine soldering, conformal coating, ovens and other equipment used in the electronics industry.

Vlastimil Korcak, Tomas Petrina and Milan Pribyl all passed the course with flying colours to receive their official certificates from Purex’s own service engineer Nick Scarr.

Also pictured is Purex's Tom Peace - Marketing Apprentice who also attended the training course to learn about applications, diagnostics and mechanical and electrical operations.
