ASC International to Demo M500 SPI at SMTA Symposiums in WA/OR

May 06, 2013

ASC International, a leading manufacturer of 3-D solder paste inspection and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, announces that its class-leading VisionPro M500 will be showcased at both the Seattle and Portland SMTA Symposium and Supplier Days, scheduled to take place Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Bellevue Hilton and Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Tektronix facility.

The VisionPro M500 SPI system incorporates the most advanced, rapid 3-D inspection technology coupled with an intuitive Windows® XP Pro/Windows 7 OS and packaged in a rugged, bench-top platform.  Using the completely automatic measurement mode, errors associated with manual measurement subjectivity are eliminated, making the VisionPro M500 an exceptional value for electronics manufacturers concerned with improving production yields. Designed with feature-rich software, including onboard real-time SPC run charts, customized data reports and simple-to-use GerberProTM conversion programming software, the VisionPro M500 is the most desired offline SPI solution around the globe.

ASC is excited to be part of the Seattle and Portland SMTA events as the smaller venues provide a more conducive environment to allow more time with customers during the informative hands-on product demonstrations,” stated Steve Arneson,  ASC International.  “The local events offer the time needed to fully understand the overall strategy required to meet each customer’s AOI or SPI requirements.
