Participiants have the option of attending this free-of-charge, collaborative event on Wednesday, April 3rd or on Thursday, April 4th.
The following topics will be presented at this educational workshop: a guide to best practices on PCB cleaning, failure mechanisms, solder paste challenges, surface analytics, conformal coating, and low cost solutions.
Tim Luke, Regional Sales Manager, Alpha, will present “Cleaning No-Clean” followed by “Why Clean PCBs,” by Umut Tosun, ZESTRON’s Application Technology Manager. Also included in the workshop is an “Integrated Conformal Coating Solutions for Better PCBA Reliability” presentation by Jeff Sargeant, Director of R & D, Humiseal. Furthermore, Mike Konrad, President of Aqueous Technologies will present “Achieving the Lowest Cost per Assembly with an Environmentally Responsible Defluxing Process” and “ROSE Test – How Clean is Clean?”
This workshop also includes a complimentary lunch, facility tour, product demonstrations, and a panel discussion featuring all of the presenters to conclude this event.
