This saves on valuable production time, particularly on longer lines. With Stationwise Download you can process the new product on the first machine while the second machine is still processing the previous product. Since the system downloads the program machine by machine, the production keeps running seamlessly and without stops, making for faster product changeovers. The smart PCB tracking across the line even includes the properly timed adjustment of conveyor widths.
Simple handling saves additional time
The operator can select and start Stationwise Download directly on the station software interface. Once this has been done, all that is left is to confirm the setup changeover process on the SIPLACE machine user interfaces, and the production switches automatically from the old product to the new one with no interruptions and no line stops.
