Heather Lackey, co-founder of Semplice Industry Marketing and former managing editor for Global SMT & Packaging, a trade journal for the electronics assembly industry, recently completed two advanced marketing certifications.
As an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional, Ms. Lackey has proven proficiency in inbound marketing principals and best practices, including blogging, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), lead conversion, lead nurturing, closed-loop marketing and analysis. Heather received her certification with Honors Distinction. The Inbound Marketing Certification is administered by HubSpot through Inbound Marketing University.
Ms. Lackey has also received B2B Marketing Advanced Practices Certification from research firm Marketing Sherpa, a MECLABS company. B2B Marketing Advanced Practices are based on the FUEL methodology: Find and attract leads, Uncover qualified leads, Establish automated marketing processes, and Lift results. The training required to receive this certification enables her to generate bottom-line marketing results—increased traffic, increased leads, increased sales and revenue—for all of Semplice's clients.
To bolster Semplice Industry Marketing's focus on the power of data, analysis and execution, Ms. Lackey plans to complete certifications in online testing, landing page optimization and email messaging over the summer.
She is currently working on her Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
