ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, announces a 21 percent increase in sales over 2010. 2011 marks ACD’s highest sales to date in the company’s 27-year history.
Three out of the four quarters in 2011 were record quarters for ACD and seven out of 12 months were record months. The success is attributed to the company’s ability to continuously provide unique solutions for its customers in a harsh economic environment. While many companies have cut back, ACD has continued to expand by tripling its capacity and hiring 40 new employees in 2011.
“Adding two high-speed Juki lines, offering a new international option, being named the 11th best place to work in DFW and winning a Global Technology award made 2011 an exciting year of expansion in both capacity and capability. Topping all of that with a record sales year makes me truly thankful to be surrounded by great employees who make things happen,” commented W. Scott Fillebrown, President & CEO about the company’s recent growth.
Building on 27 years in business, ACD is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing design and electronics manufacturing service companies in the greater southwest area of the United States. ACD strives to continually improve its process and ensure that customers receive a high-quality product in a timeframe that meets or exceeds expectations.
