Nov 10, 2011 At the world’s largest electronic equipment exhibition - Productronica 2011 - in Munich, Vi TECHNOLOGY will present a new Apple iPad 2 to a customer chosen at random from the respondents to a recently completed Global Customer Satisfaction survey.
Vi TECHNOLOGY launched the Global Customer Satisfaction survey in early 2011 and received an excellent response from the customers polled. The customers provided valuable and constructive feedback.
Vi TECHNOLOGY is transforming the feedback into action and is adapting our development programs to address the needs identified by the customers.
In particular, we have hired three additional engineers to support our 35 strong Application team. This will increase the performance of our internal support team and our distributors.
Also, Vi TECHNOLOGY utilises the survey result in the ISO 9001 standard procedures. Customer Satisfaction monitors the entire process to ensure that it remains as focussed and customer oriented as possible.
