ZESTRON Renews ITAR Certification

Jul 20, 2011

ZESTRON, the worldwide leading provider of high precision cleaning products and process as well as service solutions, recently renewed its official International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) registration with the US Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

After several weeks of careful review of ZESTRON’s corporate structure, security, record keeping and procedures for handling sensitive military and intelligence applications, the company successfully passed the system’s strict requirements. The renewal of this registration as well as the company’s comprehensive Technology Control Plan (TCP) demonstrates that ZESTRON is dedicated to adhering to the regulations that control the export and import of defense related articles and services on the United States Munitions List.

“With the increased demand for electronic assemblies by the military, it is absolutely essential for our company to be fully compliant in order to support our most valued customers and meet their internal security requirements,” says Michael McCutchen, Vice President, ZESTRON Americas and South Asia.

Headquartered in Manassas, Virginia and operating in over 35 countries, ZESTRON is the leading global provider of precision cleaning products and services. For over 20 years, ZESTRON has created products to help its customers achieve success.
