Speedprint, part of the Blakell Europlacer Group, announces the appointment of Electronic Assembly Products as its manufacturers’ representative for Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee.

“Jahnson is another great addition to the Speedprint sales team and I look forward to working with him and the EAP group to expand Speedprint’s presence in North America.  The value of the Speedprint SP700avi printer is evident and explains why it is attracting the top sales professionals in the industry,” commented Mark Brawley, Speedprint V.P.

“I am pleased be able to offer my customers a technology-leading solution at a tremendous value.  We feel this is a great opportunity to partner with a technology-leading company that is breaking new ground in the US market,” commented Jahnson Stone of Electronic Assembly Products.

Founded in 2002 by John Johnson, Electronic Assembly Products is a manufacturers’ representative agency that differentiates itself from other representative agencies by approaching every customer as a partner in solving their process challenges.  By finding the right solution to every challenge, EAP maintains a core confidence level among its customers, enabling the company to act as a trusted extension of the internal resources needed to succeed.  Because of that customer relationship, EAP looks to partner with companies that provide technology-leading solutions for the market.

Speedprint Technology became a division of the Blakell Europlacer Group of companies in September 1998. Following the acquisition and re-establishment of Speedprint, the group formed a new engineering team, many of which had years of experience with locally based printer manufacturers including DEK and SMTech, to develop and enhance the company’s portfolio of products. In keeping with the ethos of the Blakell Group’s desire to offer flexible and innovative solutions to the market, Speedprint is committed to delivering affordable leading-edge stencil printing technology. The realization of this ambition is illustrated by the company’s flagship avi range of fully automatic inline printers. Today, Speedprint operates from a hi-tech facility based in Poole, in southern United Kingdom.
