Pickering Interfaces, a leading provider of signal switching and conditioning solutions, will feature its latest PXI switching modules and chassis at The PXI Show, co-located with National Electronics Week, at the NEC Birmingham on 8th-10th April.
These products include Pickering’s PXI high power 16Amp switching, microwave multiplexers, RF switches and attenuators and 2Amp multiplexers.
PXI Microwave Multiplexers - our latest offering, model 40-784A supports 4-way or 6-way multiplexers in single, dual or triple formats. They are characterized for 6GHz, 18GHz, 26.5GHz, or 40GHz and have excellent performance throughout their frequency range. All models occupy just two 3U PXI slots and feature front panel LEDs to indicate which relay path is closed.
3U 16Amp PXI Switching Module - model 40-161 is capable of switching currents up to 16A and voltages up to 300VDC/250VAC with hot switch power of 480W at 30VDC and 4000VA at 250VAC. The new switching module is available with configurations of 16, 12, or 10 SPST, or 12 or 6 SPDT relays. The module occupies one slot of a 3U PXI chassis and user signals are carried on one or two GMCT 24 way connectors fitted with 16A contacts.
6GHz PXI Solid State RF Switches and Attenuators featuring 10MHz to 6GHz, high isolation, automatic termination, fast operate times and high-density. These modules can be used in any PXI chassis or our LXI Modular chassis.
2Amp Multiplexers - our model 40-635 family of low-cost 2Amp multiplexers are available in nine standard and nine half-density configurations. All modules use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 300VDC/250VAC.
All the PXI modules can be used in any PXI chassis, can be fitted to Hybrid slots in a PXIe chassis and can also be used in Pickering’s LXI Modular chassis for users preferring control via an Ethernet port.
