Vectralis will be the “Service and Support Organization” for Torenko in Mexico, and will offer service, support and stocking of spare parts for Torenko’s manufacturing clientele in Mexico. Vectralis currently supplies pre- and post-sales support for Teradyne ICT testers along with service and training on all VJ Electronix (Summit) repair stations in Mexico. Torenko and Associates plans to help expand Vectralis’ capabilities.
“We are excited about this opportunity to better serve and support our customers in Mexico along with the companies that we represent. Our customers will now have local highly trained bilingual support and applications engineers to help them with any issues that may arise as well as spare parts. Customers no longer will have to wait for the delays in logistics, support and communication problems coming from the US,” said Ron Torenko, President of Torenko and Associates.
Vectralis staffs five bilingual full-time engineers and one administrative person. The combination of services includes installation, training and equipment application as well as the ability to bring in spare parts to customers and complete test fixturing design and manufacturing. There is a demo room located at Vectralis’ facility in Guadalajara that may be utilized as an extension of Torenko’s manufacturers to demonstrate their equipment in Mexico.
Torenko and Associates will continue to focus and concentrate on sales while Aldo Chiodaroli, GM for Vectralis, will head the service and support operations in Guadalajara.
Torenko and Associates was founded by Ron Torenko and is headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex with other locations in the regional USA and Mexico.
