The Texas Design-2-Part Show will provide design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and purchasing personnel the chance to meet face-to-face with local and national contract manufacturers to source custom parts, components, services, assembly and design. Exhibiting companies will showcase their latest manufacturing technologies from design and prototyping through finishing services. The show floor will feature more than 300 product categories for the metals, plastics, rubber and electronics industries.
Attendees will get their best opportunity of the year to find new suppliers face-to-face to improve their quality, reduce their manufacturing costs, and shorten time-to-market. In addition to finding new suppliers, visitors come to the show looking for new technologies to improve their processes. Design-2-Part Shows are working shows and visitors are encouraged to bring sample parts and drawings.
The show in Grapevine is one of eleven Design-2-Part Shows that will take place in 2011 in major manufacturing hubs within the United States. Although most of the exhibiting companies at a D2P show are regional suppliers, located within 200 miles of the host city, many are national companies that offer manufacturing techniques and services that may not be readily available in that region.
Show hours are 9:30-4:00 on Wednesday, February 23, and 9:30-3:00 on Thursday, February 24. Attendance and parking are free to qualified industry personnel. For more information about the Texas Design-2-Part Show or to register for free show admission, please visit http://www.D2P.com.
