Virtual Industries Inc., a leading supplier of manual vacuum handling solutions, announces that it will debut the new WV-9000 WAFER-VAC System for handling wafers and solar cells in Booth #2427 South at the upcoming SEMICON West conference and exhibition, scheduled to take place July 10-12, 2012 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

The compact unit handles a wide variety of parts used in the industry today. Additionally, the long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10 inches of mercury with an open air flow of 2.3 lpm.
The ESD safe unit connects to ground automatically with a three-wire power cord. The WV-9000 comes complete with a lighted on-/off switch, a push-button wafer tip pen VWP-500-2.5mm, and a 6 foot clear coiled vacuum hose (VCH-2.5mm-6). As an additional benefit, the WB-9000 is Class 100 Clean room safe.
