PCB Leader in Lead Free Solutions

Romulus, Mi -- When Saturn Electronics Corp. added the Acceller8 Tester to its Quality and Reliability Department last month, expectations were high. Now, one month in to Acceller8s stint, the response is nothing short of prodigious as Operations have witnessed the Tester steamroll its predecessors.

We are an organization continually dedicated to better production, exalted Yash Sutariya, V.P. SEC. We take an Operations approach when it comes to growing our company. That means we need the best Equipment available.

Overwhelmed by its performance, Sutariya articulated the immediate advantages Acceler8 provides the Romulus-based bare circuit board Manufacturer: Quality is the most important interval to our process. We can now test larger production runs in copper prior to soldermask with little to no impact on lead time. This allows us to increase our yields dramatically with little added effort. From a customer perspective, this ensures compliant boards within the required leadtime. This machine has now become integral to our future growth plans.

Our surveys have told us that our Customers were concerned with Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility. Integrating the Acceler8 into our process elevates our ability to address 3 of those factors and the time saved allows us the flexibility to work on more high-end prototypes and production runs.

Dedicated to quality since its inception, Saturn is committed to a steadfast reinvestment program aimed at increased capability and lowered cost.

Founded in 1985, Saturn Electronics Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-reliability, technologically advanced Printed Circuit Boards. Dedicated to quality since its inception, Saturn delivers steadfast manufacturing that ranges from quick-turning elaborate prototypes to scheduled principal volume-production. Saturn's adherence to quality resulted in being the first PCB Manufacturer in North America to achieve TS16949 certification.
