Jan 10, 2008 A certification audit of the effective implementation of the Quality Management System of Zurvahn LLC was performed to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are being met, plus associated support documentation and additional customer requirements (as appropriate), company objectives, policies and procedures.
The following areas were assessed during the course of the audit and were found to be effective: management responsibility, customer satisfaction, internal audit, infrastructure/work environment, production, improvement process (CA/PA), control of monitoring and measurement devices, inspection process, control of non-conforming material process, quote/sales process, HR/training process, material return authorization, purchasing process, design and development (engineering) process, and project management process.
