EdmondMarks Technologies is opening a new high tech advanced manufacturing and design facility in Neptune, New Jersey. EdmondMarks Technologies is strategically located in Monmouth county, New Jersey which is the home of the research and development centers for technology leaders AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Tyco Telecommunications. Capabilites including SMT Technology,BGA,uBGA, Flip chip and full lead free soldering capabilities. Full BGA rework,re-balling and X-ray capabilities are in house.
