PROMATION Releases d Reliability Information

Pleasant Prairie, WI � July 29, 2008 � PROMATION, known for providing a wide range of material handling solutions, announces that it has completed its annual reliability review for the company's line of automated handling systems.

PROMATION tracks all support activities throughout North America and records any and all failures as a basis for continuing product improvements and field integration capabilities. Statistics include details on equipment dates into service, module serial numbers, and date and times for parts shipped, onsite services performed, telephone support provided, and system software related matters. These records and information exchange provide details for constructive feedback through the company's quality control channels.

PROMATION's previous (all inclusive) Mean Time was 23.8 months, as recorded for the five-year period dating 2001 - 2006. The new performance statistics show an improvement to 24.2 months, which is a 2 percent improvement over the previous 12-month calculations.
