Bliss will display its new SMT Splice Cart. The cart is ideal for splicing SMT component tape on-the-fly to dramatically reduce downtime on pick-and-place equipment. The SMT Splice Cart rolls up to the feeder bank for easy splicing of reels and features storage space for spliced strips. In addition, the cart offers storage for three splicing tools as well as holes in the work surface to bolt down a fixed splicing tool.
Bliss also will showcase its ESD-safe Adjustable Rail Cart with all four rail styles. The Rail Cart protects products while keeping them organized. The cart covers any handling and storage needs for all types and sizes of components, wire harnesses, sheet metal parts, plastic parts and more. The system is easy to roll with harmonic vibration-absorbing casters and is available in various heights. Additionally, the Adjustable Rail Cart is perfect for production lines and inventory storage.
