Bliss’ Custom Aluminum PC Board Magazines are designed to be custom built in just a few weeks’ lead-time to meet specific needs. The Bliss Aluminum Magazine offers all aluminum construction, along with steel zinc plated hardware. Ideal for high-temperature applications, the magazine contains no plastic or materials that soften or melt. Additionally, the system can handle any test or burn-in temperatures and is compatible with most automatic magazine loaders and unloaders.
The SMT Splicing Cart is ideal for splicing SMT component tape on-the-fly to dramatically reduce downtime on pick-and-place equipment. The cart rolls up to the feeder bank for easy splicing of reels and features storage space for spliced strips. In addition, the cart offers storage for three splicing tools, as well as holes in the work surface to bolt down a fixed splicing tool.
Also at the show, Bliss will introduce its Custom Test/Burn-In Cart, designed for burn-in and testing 19" Rackmount Chassis. The cart arrives ready-to-use, and is UL listed and fully compliant. The Custom Test/Burn-In Cart can be built to meet even the most demanding needs with fully customizable components. Power distribution is built in and customizable for various voltages and amperages. The cart also features a vented back door to prevent equipment and people from passing by and snagging cables.
