Production Solutions to Feature RED-E-SET Center Support Unit in Juki Booth at Productronica 2009

POWAY, CA — October 2009 — Production Solutions Inc., a leading engineering, design and manufacturing company, announces that it will feature the RED-E-SET Center Support system in the Juki Automation Systems AG booth in Hall A3, Stand 143 at the upcoming Productronica exhibition, scheduled to take place 10th – 13th November 2009 at the New Munich Trade Fair Center in Munich, Germany.

The new Center Support provides next-generation automatic board support, ideal for pick-and-place users that would like to have center board support installed in their machines. Features of the Red-E-Set Center Support include manual or automatic lock, improved quality, and reduced changeover time. Additionally, the Center Support system is easy to install and remove in the machine, and strips can be added as needed. The system supports a range of board widths, as well as a range of support lengths up to 24".

All of the RED-E-SET products are proven to reduce changeover, improve quality, eliminate component damage, and increase revenue once implemented on any screen printer, pick-and-place, chip-shooter or dispensing machine.
