On stand 4-251 at SMT Hybrid Packaging in Nuremberg, Europlacer will exhibit a range of equipment representing a full surface mount assembly line solution, from screen printing to intelligent automated storage.
At the head of a line, the SP710 printer from Speedprint features the award-winning S-Track barcode label placement system to provide traceability right from the start of the assembly process. Next in the line is Europlacer’s iineo+ machine, equipped with the company’s latest intuitive touch-screen operator interface and RC5.16 operating system. The iineo+ platform provides highly-flexible pick & place technology, delivering placement rates up to 30,000cph.
In partnership with Heller Industries, Europlacer will also show the company’s new 1911MkIII-V vacuum reflow oven with nitrogen capability. The oven is supported by Heller’s latest Industry 4.0 compliant operating software and will form part of the IPC CFX demonstration.
Automated materials handling boosts productivity. Europlacer’s intelligent line-side Lzero3 storage cabinet will be on the stand. Lzero3 supports placement with automated storage and handling of up to 2083 reels.
