Lan O’Donnell, “President” stated that the new facility is being opened to address the increased demand for our companies services in Silicon Valley. The new facility will be comprised of a PCB & BGA Rework Laboratory, and an Operator Training Center. In addition they will have high volume BGA Reballing capabilities, and a new Solder Inspection System capable of identifying the presence of Lead in electronic components and assemblies.
