Environmentally Responsible / Operator Safe Stencil Cleaning

Nov 08, 2007

Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner is specifically designed to remove all SMT solder pastes including Resin, Water-Soluble, No-Clean, Lead and Lead-Free from stencils, screens, and misprints.

Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner is exceptionally effective, providing superior cleaning performance in unbelievably short cycle times. In fact, test reports confirmed that Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner removed 100% of all solder paste in less than half the time of the leading competitor. And, unlike other chemicals that are difficult to rinse, Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner is free rinsing, allowing its use in rinse or rinse-less stencil cleaning systems.

Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner cuts through tough, dried on solder paste and flux residues. Weve found no other stencil cleaning product on the market that matches Simple Greens cleaning performance. Yet, it causes no harm to any of the stencils construction materials such as the aluminum frame, stainless steel or polyester screen and stainless steel, brass or nickel metal etched foil.

The components of Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner are all low-toxicity compounds and the product contains no solvents. This leads to an excellent workers safety environment. All of the components are biodegradable, so they wont accumulate in the environment. Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner meets or exceeds current and reasonably anticipated VOC requirements (EPA, AQMD, SCAQMD). It also contains no Clean Air Act Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), nor is it a RCRA hazardous waste in and of itself when disposed.

Simple Green Stencil and Misprint Cleaner is available in one gallon (3.8 liter), five gallon (18.9 liter), and fifty five gallon (208 liter) containers for immersion cleaning applications (such as ultrasonic) and also in a 32 ounce (0.95 liter) trigger spray for manual stencil cleaning applications.
