Within a week of depositing your payment by check or debiting your American Express card, CEERIS shall issue a check to the �UFA Widows� and Children�s Fund� and the cover letter shall indicate the company name of the client as the contributor. Each client shall receive a copy of CEERIS correspondence for its record.
