That is amazing nozzle life. One thing you did not mention is the amount of usage. We have a product we run two shifts, 6 days a week; we typically get a month out of one nozzle. We make our own in house.

We use 4140 steel (same as a lot of other OEM's). The user will need to pre-flux and tin before installing in the machine.

We've been using AIM NC277 in our dropjet fluxers. Well it's discontinued. I've talked to the manufacturer and got what they recommend. I'm wondering what anybody else is using that they are happy with.
