Slide line operation MTM. Wow, people still do that huh? The problem I have with MTM, it assumes everyone performs things in robotic type motions. The best time study is one that relies on sound statistical methods, and across multiple operators. MTM, however, is great in contract manufacturing for quoting jobs.
