Is there any official or in-official in-house standard for ICT pin maintenance on volume boards? Like, how many test can or should one pin do? Currently we just change when we get contact problems. That probably after 5000 tests or so. But I guess the fixture has some pins that never got changed so far and we are probably at 25,000 tests. Is there any standard?

No standard. While you're waiting others to reply, search the fine SMTnet Archives to find threads like: http://www.smtnet.com/Forums/Index.cfm?CFApp=1&Message_ID=4647
